Job Description
Opportunity for someone with a degree or practical experience in information management to join a leading construction business. You will form part of a data team that supports Architects, Engineers and other construction professionals manage the information and documentation for buildings projects.
You will work closely with an Information Manager who will offer full mentoring in the position. The company offers hybrid working, excellent benefits, and a focus on training and development.
Responsibilities
* Provide training to new users using the information management system
* Controlling project information and ensuring it meets formal requirements and required standards
* Following and improving information management procedures
* Sorting, storing, retrieving and distributing electronic and hard copy project information
* Producing project progress reports for senior managers
* Conducting regular reviews and audits
* Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
* Ensure information is shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
* Assist with setting up new users in data systems and keep record of access level requirements
* Help implement new data systems
Key Requirements:
* Degree in information management or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-starter able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for data
